Orders and Shipping
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days for domestic shipments. International orders may take longer, depending on customs and local delivery services. You can find estimated delivery times during the checkout process.
Creating an account is easy! Simply click on the “Sign Up” button at the top of our website. You’ll need to provide your name, email address, and a password. Once your account is created, you can track orders, save your shipping addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we can update the address for you. Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the order has been shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website. You can also log in to your account on our website to view the status of your order.
For your security, we do not store your full credit card information on our servers. However, if you choose to save your payment details during checkout, they will be securely encrypted and stored by our payment processor for future purchases.
Sales tax is applied to orders based on the shipping address and local tax regulations. The exact amount will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
We ship to many countries worldwide. During checkout, you can enter your address to see if we deliver to your location. If your country is not listed, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately, depending on availability and shipping logistics. You will receive tracking information for each package.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return.
We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide instructions on how to return the incorrect item and send you the correct one as soon as possible.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return address and instructions. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and includes the return authorization form.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we can update the address. Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the order has been shipped.

Yes, you can pre-order items that are currently out of stock. Simply select the “Pre-Order” option on the product page. You will be charged at the time of purchase, and we will ship the item as soon as it becomes available.
